We all go through times where we feel like we have lost our identity. We become the wife, the mum, the daughter, the carer, the career woman, the singleton... These are all just tiny parts of who we are... 

For nearly 8 years I was part of a 2, I was a girlfriend then a wife... Then after a very sad and difficult conversation, I was single again, lost, confused and scared... I didn't know who Jen was anymore. I was flying solo and had to find my feet quick.

With a bit of work I remembered she had been there all along, I remembered the happiness, the confidence, the certainty and I am now stepping in to the best time of my life so far. 

A relationship does not need to end for you to find your identity, that just happens to be my story.

We get caught up in a world looking out for other people that we forget to look out for ourselves. 

So this workshop is an introduction to you and how you can Think Better, Feel Better and Look Better. 

From the feedback I got you ladies want to know how to: 

Think better - have more self-belief and confidence, quiet your negative and turning up the volume of your warrior.

Feel better - understand the choices you are allowed 
to make so you don't feel guilty about them. How to prioritise your health (but also have cake and wine if you want it)

Look better - by thinking and feeling better you are 
going to look better, you will be happier with who you are 
and we all know that the happiest girls are the prettiest...
